• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

Important: Please record a continuous 4-side unboxing/opening video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the package from all sides before opening and continue without any cuts until the product is fully unpacked. This video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or damage-related claims.

• Returns and exchanges are available only for eligible products. Please check the respective product page for detailed return eligibility and conditions.
• For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
• The return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
• If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
• Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Return Guidelines

• Products must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product must be be returned with its original packaging and tags. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return or exchange requests raised after the applicable return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
